Scoring and results
Course cards: real pars and stroke indexes
Copy a course’s scorecard once and every round there uses it.
- Open the Me tab and tap Your courses, then Add a course card. (Or tap + Add a course when setting up a quick round.)
- Type the course name exactly as you’ll use it, and choose 18 or 9 holes.
- For every hole, tap the par and type the stroke index (often labelled Index or Hcp on the card). Metres are optional.
- Tap Add course. Each stroke index from 1 to 18 must be used once, and the screen tells you which are missing or doubled.
How it’s used
- A card is matched by name. Pick it on the quick round screen, or type the same name as the venue or a trip day’s course, and you’ll see “Using the … card” under the name.
- The card travels with the round, so everyone in the group gets the same pars and strokes.
- A 9-hole card in an 18-hole round plays the nine twice. An 18-hole card in a 9-hole round plays the front nine.
Fixing it on the day
Spotted a wrong par mid-round? On the scoring screen, tap “Par 4 · SI 9” under the hole number, fix the card and tap Save and recalculate. Every score, skin and point updates.
